Data We Collect and Why
When you submit the website’s contact form, we collect the email address you provide. If you later communicate with us, we may also process the information contained in those communications.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project or collaboration, and take steps at your request before entering into a professional agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
We do not add form submissions to newsletters or marketing mailing lists, and we do not sell personal data.
Our website is built and hosted using Framer. Framer may process limited technical and security data, such as IP address, device and browser information, and spam-protection signals, to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Sharing, Retention and Transfers
We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries, including Framer for website hosting and form infrastructure, and our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection terms.
Framer and its subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. According to Framer’s Data Processing Addendum, international transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or Standard Contractual Clauses.
If no professional relationship is established, we retain enquiry data for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If a project proceeds, relevant data may be retained for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal retention period.
Framer may provide aggregate website analytics. According to Framer, its built-in Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. If we add third-party analytics, advertising tools or embedded services in the future, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
Your Rights and Updates
Subject to the conditions established by law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing by emailing hello@thisiscurated.com.
We do not use the contact form data for automated decision-making or profiling. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page and its revision date will be the current version.
